Our Beers

We have learnt that brewing is a mix of passion; science and creative thinking we make British style ales with a French Twist! Our beers are naturally carbonated and vegan, and not pasteurized, filtered, or tainted by natural preservatives.

Wheat Beer, 3% vol

A light and thirst-quenching beer with citrus aromas. The perfect choice for summer.

Malts blend: Pale Wheat Oats
Hop blend: Perle Cascade
Yeast: Munich
Aging in bottle: Minimum of 4 to 6 weeks
Nose: Citrus (lemon) and discreet spicy notes (coriander)
Service: to taste around 5°
Format: 33CL / 50CL / 75CL or 30L keg

Blonde Beer, 4% vol

A refreshing beer, a subtle balance between ditchys and flavouring hops.

Malts blend: Pale Lager Wheat
Hop blend: Perle Cascade Sumit
Yeast: S04
Aging in bottle: minimum of 4 to 6 weeks
Nose: Malty and citrus notes
Service: to taste around 5 °
Format: 33CL / 50CL / 75CL or 30L keg

Saffron Beer, 4% vol

Saffron is one of the oldest and most expensive spices in the world. It takes up to 200 flowers to produce one gram of dry saffron. They say it’s impossible to describe the taste of saffron in words, so we won’t try.

Pale Ale, 4.3% vol

A round beer with an amber colour. A balance between the different hops.

Malts blend: Pale Crystal Wheat
Hop blend: Golding Manavandari
Yeast: S04
Aging in bottle: minimum 6 to 8 weeks
Nose: Malted aromas and tropical fruits: lychee
Service: to taste around 5 °
Format: 33CL / 50CL / 75CL or 30L keg

Amber Beer with Pepper, 4.3% vol

A beer with an amber colour, with a little taste of pepper that adds the spicy touch.

Malts blend: Pale Crystal Wheat
Hop blend: Golding Manavandari
Yeast: S04
Aging in bottle: minimum 6 to 8 weeks
Nose: Malty and spicy notes
Service: to taste around 5 °
Format: 50CL

IPA, 5.4% vol

India Pale Ale, a typical English recipe, rich in hops.

Malts blend: Pale Crystal Roast Barley Amber
Hop blend: Fuggles Golding
Yeast: S04
Aging in bottle: minimum 6 to 8 weeks
Nose: Fruity notes with a harmonious bitterness
Service: to taste around 5 °
Format: 33CL / 50CL / 75CL or 30L keg

Black beer, 6% vol

Our version of an English stout, rich in chocolate and black coffee flavours.

Malts blend: Pale Crystal Chocolate Roast Amber Black Brow
Hop blend: Fuggles Golding
Yeast: S04
Aging in bottle: minimum 6 to 8 weeks
Nose: Aromas of roasted coffee, liquorice and chocolate.
Service: to taste around 5 °
